What You'll Do
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to maintain visual standards
- Help drive sales performance and support promotional initiatives
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Follow company policies and procedures while modeling compliance for the team
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative store environment
What We're Looking For
- Retail or customer service management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
