About the Role
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking an Overnight Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing and clinical operations at our Denver, Colorado location. This role will manage a team of nurses and ensure high-quality care for patients in our recuperative care setting. The position offers overnight and weekend differential pay.
What You'll Do
- Manage the nightly nursing staff and ensure smooth operation of clinical services.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance patient care and support network.
- Evaluate and improve clinical protocols and procedures to maintain quality standards.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure the safety of patients and staff during overnight shifts.
Requirements
- Nurse Manager or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado.
- Experience with clinical operations and management, including budgeting and personnel oversight.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate nursing staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with community partners and patients.
