Drive coast-to-coast with a partner and put serious miles behind you: Zmile Inc is hiring OTR Truck Driving Flatbed Teams based out of Racine, Racine County for dedicated, long-haul flatbed freight.

About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road position for two-person driving teams operating flatbed trailers. As OTR Truck Driving Flatbed Teams with Zmile Inc, you'll run dedicated lanes on a 1099 contract basis, covering an average of 6,000–7,000 miles each week per team. Pay is structured at 30% of each load, with teams averaging roughly $4,000–$4,500 in gross weekly earnings combined. Expect to be on the road for approximately 21 days at a stretch, with the flexibility to extend your time out if you choose.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed trailers safely over long-haul, over-the-road routes
• Run dedicated freight lanes as part of a two-driver team
• Handle loading and unloading duties, which account for about 10% of the work
• Secure and tarp loads, making up roughly 50% of the job
• Maintain consistent weekly mileage of 6,000–7,000 miles per team
• Plan home time around an expected 21 days out per cycle

Qualifications

• Willingness to drive as part of an OTR flatbed team
• Comfortable working on a 1099 contract (independent contractor) basis
• Physically capable of load/unload tasks and tarping flatbed freight
• Motivated, dependable drivers who want to maximize their earning potential
• Able to commit to extended time on the road, around 21 days out
