Zmile Inc is hiring experienced OTR Truck Driving Flatbed Teams to run dedicated freight out of Pontiac, Oakland County, partnering with a growing carrier that rewards hard-working, reliable drivers who want to maximize their weekly earnings.

About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) opportunity for two-person flatbed teams operating as 1099 contract drivers. As a Flatbed Team based out of Pontiac, Oakland County, you will haul dedicated loads across long-distance lanes, sharing the driving so the truck keeps moving and the miles keep adding up. Compensation is structured at 30% of the load, with teams averaging $4,000 to $4,500 in gross total pay per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a two-driver flatbed team on dedicated OTR routes, covering roughly 6,000 to 7,000 miles per week together.
• Secure, tarp, and protect freight, with tarping involved on approximately 50% of loads.
• Assist with loading and unloading on about 10% of hauls.
• Plan home time around an expected 21 days out, with the flexibility to remain on the road longer if you prefer.
• Maintain safe, compliant, on-time deliveries throughout each trip.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license with verifiable OTR driving experience.
• Hands-on flatbed experience, including confident tarping and load securement.
• Willingness to drive as part of a two-person team and stay out for extended periods.
• Ability to work as a 1099 contract driver.
• A strong work ethic and the drive to put in the miles and earn.
