About This Position
This is a full-time owner-operator role where you maintain autonomous control over your trucking business while partnering with House of Trucking. You'll receive 90% of revenue per load, with typical gross earnings between $8,000 and $10,000 monthly. You set your own schedule—no mandatory hometime restrictions—and benefit from a $150 safety and inspection bonus. Weekly compensation is paid every Friday for work completed Monday through Sunday, giving you regular, predictable income cycles.
What You'll Do
- Operate your own or company-provided equipment on over-the-road routes, averaging approximately 3,000 miles per week
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and safety compliance documentation
- Manage your operational schedule independently, choosing runs that fit your availability and preferences
- Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations and safety standards
- Monitor your vehicle performance through integrated Samsara ELD and front-facing camera systems for safety tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in good standing
- Verifiable over-the-road trucking experience
- Ability to pass a drug screening test (conducted at any time before orientation, flexible scheduling)
- No truck restrictions—bring your own equipment or work with what's available through partnerships
- Familiarity with modern fleet technology, including electronic logging devices
- Strong commitment to safety and clean inspection records
