About the Role
As Area Director, HR, you'll be a strategic partner to business leadership, accountable for human resources performance, talent strategy, and employee engagement across your assigned area. You'll work at the intersection of business operations and people strategy, ensuring our Maple Heights distribution center and regional locations have the talent, culture, and HR systems needed to execute operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
