About the Role

Joining Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice in Druid, Baltimore, you'll work side by side with CFOs, finance executives, and client stakeholders to untangle their toughest financial reporting and consolidation challenges. Drawing on Deloitte's extensive resources and sector knowledge, you'll design and deliver forward-looking, market-informed solutions built on Oracle's Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) that modernize finance operations and lift overall performance. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a consultant ready to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with finance leaders and executive clients to assess needs and translate them into practical Oracle EPM FCCS solutions.
• Configure, implement, and optimize Oracle FCCS to support financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives that streamline workflows and strengthen reporting accuracy.
• Provide subject-matter guidance and senior-level expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate across Deloitte teams to bring innovative, industry-aligned approaches to each engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle EPM, with a focus on FCCS.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting principles.
• Proven ability to advise senior finance stakeholders and manage complex client relationships.
• A consultative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Druid, Baltimore.
