About the Role

As an Operations Specialist in Corporate Actions Reorganization, you'll execute critical processing workflows for complex merger, acquisition, and restructuring events across our client portfolio. This is a full-time position where precision, speed, and client service directly impact outcomes for institutional investors and custodians nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Process and validate corporate action announcements, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, reorganizations, and rights offerings
• Coordinate with clients, depository institutions, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely event data entry and verification
• Monitor regulatory updates and organizational guidelines that affect reorganization processing and client services
• Maintain detailed records, reconciliations, and audit trails for all corporate actions in progress
• Respond to client inquiries and provide operational updates on complex transactions
• Identify and escalate exceptions or compliance issues to senior team members

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in securities operations, corporate actions, or financial services back-office functions
• Detail-oriented approach and proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously without compromising accuracy
• Strong understanding of corporate reorganization types (mergers, acquisitions, restructurings) and standard industry processing timelines
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic financial operations software; experience with trade processing or custody platforms is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
