About the Role

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate at our Savannah fulfillment center, you'll play a vital role in processing customer orders for shipment. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and speed in every task. This hands-on role keeps you active throughout your shift as you navigate the warehouse, locate products, verify order contents, and prepare packages for dispatch to customers across the country.

What You'll Do

• Pick items from inventory based on order specifications and requirements
• Verify order accuracy and completeness before packing and labeling
• Pack orders securely and efficiently using provided materials and procedures
• Apply labels and routing information to packages for proper dispatch
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work area and equipment
• Meet productivity and quality standards consistently
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals
• Report damaged products or operational issues to supervisors

Compensation

This position offers an hourly wage of $14–$27 per hour, based on your experience and the specific requirements of the job location. You'll be eligible for annual and quarterly performance incentives. Additional wage premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be available based on your schedule, facility assignment, or other applicable circumstances.
