Onboarding/Offboarding Analyst (Remote)

Prime System Solutions is hiring a Full Time Onboarding/Offboarding Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. This is a remote position focused on managing seamless employee transitions into and out of our organization.

What This Role Involves

As an Onboarding/Offboarding Analyst, you'll play a critical part in the employee lifecycle, ensuring every new hire receives a structured, supportive introduction to our company while managing professional and compliant exits for departing team members. This role bridges Human Resources and Operations, handling the administrative coordination that makes employee transitions smooth and compliant.

Core Duties

• Coordinate employee onboarding workflows, including document collection, policy acknowledgments, and system access provisioning
• Prepare and manage new hire orientation materials and schedules in collaboration with department heads
• Process offboarding requirements, including access revocation, equipment retrieval, and knowledge transfer documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and transition files in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Track onboarding and offboarding progress, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements
• Liaise between IT, HR, Finance, and departmental teams to ensure coordinated transitions
• Monitor adherence to company policies and legal requirements throughout the employee lifecycle
