The Opportunity

We're seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team in Sprague, Raleigh County. In this part-time role, you'll work in an environment dedicated to helping clients regain independence and improve their quality of life. You'll be part of a collaborative healthcare team focused on delivering person-centered care to individuals with varied therapeutic needs.

Core Duties

• Evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities through comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and circumstances
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies based on measurable outcomes
• Document all assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nurses, physicians, physical therapists, and social workers
• Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies and home safety recommendations

Who We're Looking For

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the applicable state
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning capabilities
• Experience working with diverse populations and complex medical needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with genuine empathy for clients
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
• Ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation
