The Opportunity

Broken Arrow Public Schools seeks a detail-oriented Site Receptionist to work full-time on a 9-month contract at Broken Arrow High School in Broken Arrow, Tulsa County. This is a non-exempt position that plays a vital role in supporting the school's daily operations and creating a professional, organized front office environment. The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of general office experience and a genuine interest in supporting a public school environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet and direct visitors, students, parents, and staff members to appropriate locations and personnel
• Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Schedule and manage appointments for the principal, administrators, and office staff
• Maintain organized filing systems, records, and administrative documentation
• Process correspondence, prepare documents, and support daily clerical operations
• Provide administrative assistance to the principal and instructional staff as needed
• Assist with student check-in procedures and parent communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of general office experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with standard office software and phone systems
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
