What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive women's health evaluations, including gynecological assessments and reproductive health screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions affecting women across the lifespan
- Deliver preventive care services, patient education, and evidence-based clinical recommendations
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient encounters accurately and maintain current electronic health records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical protocols
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Nurse Practitioner license issued by New York State
- Board certification in Women's Health or a closely related specialty
- Professional experience in women's health, gynecology, or obstetric nursing
- Demonstrated clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse patient populations
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical learning
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multispecialty practice environment
