Greystar Management Services is hiring a full-time Floating Maintenance Technician to support multifamily communities across the East Denver Metro area, based out of Greenwood Village in Arapahoe County. About the Role
As a Floating Maintenance Technician, you will move between apartment communities throughout the East Denver Metro region, providing hands-on technical support wherever it is needed most. This Greenwood Village–based position is ideal for an adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment and is committed to delivering exceptional living experiences for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple residential properties across the East Denver Metro area to perform maintenance and repair work.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general property upkeep.
- Complete service requests promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Support apartment turnovers, preventive maintenance schedules, and routine property inspections.
- Communicate clearly with on-site teams and residents to ensure timely, professional service.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in property, facilities, or apartment maintenance.
- Working knowledge of common building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between communities in the East Denver Metro area.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the flexibility to adjust priorities across multiple sites.
- A customer-focused, dependable approach to every assignment.
