About the Role
As a Family Medicine Physician at our Bronx-based practice, you'll lead preventive and acute care for patients across all ages and backgrounds. This is an outpatient-focused role where you'll build lasting patient relationships, manage chronic conditions, and serve as the clinical foundation of a coordinated care team. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and manage acute and chronic health conditions in a primary care setting
- Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education tailored to individual needs

- Maintain thorough, timely medical records and ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards

What We're Looking For
- MD or DO degree with current, active medical licensure in New York State
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional approach to electronic health records (EHR) and clinical workflows
