Customer Service / Lot Attendant

Join U-Haul in Ramsey, Minnesota, for a full-time Customer Service / Lot Attendant position. You'll be the face of our brand, connecting with customers while keeping our fleet in excellent condition at our Riverdale Drive location. This role offers an hourly rate of $11.41 to $13.50.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with rental inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs
• Process rental paperwork and manage customer accounts accurately
• Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical readiness
• Maintain the condition of the rental lot, including vehicle organization and cleanliness
• Coordinate with maintenance and management on vehicle needs
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and U-Haul policies
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
