JPMorganChase is hiring a Product Manager- Claims & Disputes in Columbus, Franklin County. You'll develop strategy and drive innovation for one of the largest product portfolios in Consumer & Community Banking, directly shaping how millions of customers and thousands of employees experience claims handling and dispute resolution.

About the Role

The Product Manager- Claims & Disputes position combines strategic vision with hands-on collaboration across the organization. You'll own the product roadmap for critical claims and disputes solutions that impact millions of JPMC customers. Based in Columbus, this full-time role offers the unique opportunity to influence how JPMorganChase serves its customer base while supporting operational excellence across multiple business lines.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and communicate clear product vision and strategy for claims and disputes capabilities
  • Understand customer and employee needs and translate them into compelling product solutions
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with business, technology, operations, and customer service teams
  • Build and manage product roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics
  • Research industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices to drive innovation
  • Champion product launches and improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strategic thinking skills
  • Background in product management, banking operations, or similar customer-focused roles
  • Experience collaborating effectively across diverse teams and business functions
  • Knowledge of consumer banking, claims processes, or dispute resolution (a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfort managing competing priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Preference for data-driven decision making and product development
