Territory Sales Manager – Seattle, WA

Anastasia Beverly Hills is hiring a Territory Sales Manager in Seattle, King County, to drive retail growth and expand brand presence across the region. In this full-time role, you'll build strategic partnerships with store teams and establish ABH as the preferred beauty brand in your assigned market.

About the Role

As Territory Sales Manager for Anastasia Beverly Hills, you'll own revenue growth, budget management, and market share expansion in your Seattle-area territory. Working directly with retail partners and store teams, you'll execute strategies that deliver results while maintaining the brand excellence Anastasia Beverly Hills is known for.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales performance and revenue targets within your assigned territory through strategic account management
• Partner with retail store teams to develop and execute merchandising, training, and promotional programs
• Serve as brand ambassador, building relationships and loyalty with retail managers and beauty advisors
• Monitor inventory levels, product assortment, and display compliance across your territory
• Provide product education and selling support to retail team members
• Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
• Manage territory budgets and resources to maximize return on marketing investments
• Report on performance metrics and communicate territory insights to leadership
