About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a fast-growing digital agency based in Hamburg that specializes in innovative social media strategies for mid-market clients. We are seeking a No-Code / Low-Code Automation Specialist (m/w/d) to join their IT and business development team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern no-code and low-code platforms. You'll ensure systems integrate seamlessly, data flows operate smoothly, and operational efficiency continues to improve across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Build, maintain, and manage Airtable databases
• Develop front-ends and user interfaces with no-code/low-code platforms
• Manage and evolve the CRM system, particularly HubSpot
• Plan, implement, and roll out new business processes
• Document and design digital business workflows
• Provide user training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field; alternatively, IT-focused vocational training or demonstrable experience in IT/automation
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Experience in project management with high discipline and organizational capability
• Results- and solution-oriented work style; ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and confident presence
• Very good written communication skills in German
• Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure
• Experience with digital topics and low-code/no-code solutions, API tools like Zapier or Make.com, or the ability to learn these quickly and independently
