Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital marketing organization in Hamburg that is seeking a Senior Business Informatics Specialist to drive process excellence and business development. In this role, you will:

• Design and implement robust business processes to support organizational scaling and growth
• Analyze and optimize existing workflows across all departments to identify efficiency improvements
• Lead the implementation of new IT systems and manage internal digitalization projects from conception to deployment
• Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for internal learning platforms
• Conduct process analysis and establish standardized procedures that support sustainable business operations
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through internal training sessions and workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment with business objectives

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a seasoned professional with strong analytical capabilities and proven experience in process management:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience building, optimizing, and managing business processes in a growth-stage company environment
• Demonstrated track record implementing and advancing IT systems, including experience supporting complex digitalization initiatives
• Strong project management foundation with hands-on experience leading and executing internal projects
• Expertise in process analysis, improvement methodologies, and sustainable documentation practices
• Practical experience creating training materials and delivering internal knowledge-sharing programs
• Analytical and structured thinking with excellent organizational skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong team collaboration combined with confident communication abilities and independent working style
• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders
• High attention to detail, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure
• Fluency in German required for this Hamburg-based position
