Trainee – Kundenbetreuer / Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Hamburg that is expanding its customer success team. This trainee position offers comprehensive internal training for candidates entering the customer service and account management field, with clear advancement opportunities as the organization continues to grow.

Our client works with mid-sized companies in specialized industries, helping them build their employer brand and attract talent through social media campaigns. As a Customer Success Manager trainee, you will be the primary contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and collaborating closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.

No prior experience in online marketing or customer success is required—full training is provided through a structured internal program lasting 2–4 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular feedback calls with clients to discuss campaign progress and results
• Answer client questions about ongoing collaborations and marketing initiatives (via phone and email)
• Provide email support for incoming requests from existing clients
• Ensure and continuously improve client satisfaction levels
• Follow established processes while actively contributing to their refinement
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to address client needs

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) or university degree
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset
• Team-oriented approach with confident communication and independent working style
• Quick learner with high discipline and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (error-free written expression required)
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Previous experience in customer service, client communication, or customer success is advantageous but not required
