Night Shift Customer Service Advisor – Welsh Speaking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the contact centre sector who is seeking Welsh-speaking Customer Service Advisors for their night shift team. This is a fully remote position where you will use your own personal device to deliver exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels.

This role operates on a four-on, four-off rotation between 10pm and 8am, with occasional day shifts required for training and business needs. Our client recognizes the importance of work-life balance and offers flexible working patterns designed around these night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in Welsh across various communication channels
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during night shift hours
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
• Work collaboratively within a remote team environment
• Learn and operate multiple systems and software platforms
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Required: Fluency in Welsh and English
