The New Graduate Residency — ICU and Med Surg (Wichita) is a structured onboarding and professional development program designed specifically for recent nursing graduates. You'll work alongside experienced preceptors and clinical educators in real-world settings, building confidence and competency in critical care and acute medical-surgical nursing while receiving mentorship and ongoing educational support.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in ICU or Medical-Surgical units under the guidance of an assigned preceptor

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute safe, effective treatment plans
- Apply evidence-based nursing practices and critical thinking to complex clinical situations

What We're Looking For
