About the Role
Our New Graduate Nurse Residency Program is intentionally designed for recent nursing graduates entering their first professional position. You'll develop clinical competency and professional confidence within an academic medical center that combines advanced patient care, clinical research, and comprehensive staff development. This structured residency prepares you to deliver high-quality nursing care while building the professional judgment and clinical skills needed for long-term success in healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care under preceptor guidance and supervision
- Apply evidence-based nursing standards in diverse clinical environments
- Participate in formal orientation programming and clinical education modules
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
