About the Role

As a New Graduate RN in our Nurse Residency Program, you'll complete a robust training curriculum designed specifically to accelerate your transition from education into professional nursing practice. You'll work alongside experienced nurse mentors and interdisciplinary care teams, gaining hands-on clinical experience in varied healthcare settings. Our program emphasizes skill development, evidence-based practice, and professional integration—preparing you to deliver exceptional patient-centered care within our system.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and health status evaluation
• Administer medications and treatments under clinical supervision as part of your structured learning plan
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health record systems
• Apply evidence-based nursing practices while maintaining commitment to patient safety and infection control standards
• Participate actively in residency curriculum, didactic sessions, and clinical mentorship activities
• Contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment focused on cutting-edge care and continuous professional growth

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
• Current RN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in your state; NCLEX-RN passed
• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to collaborative practice and willingness to learn in a mentor-led environment
• Attention to detail and accountability in clinical reasoning and patient care decisions
