About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media and events organization based in London. Our client operates at the intersection of creative output and industry connection, delivering large-scale conferences and expanding digital media services. They are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join their growing team on-site at their London offices.

This role sits at the heart of the creative function, working closely with marketing and content teams to deliver exceptional visual work across multiple channels. You will be responsible for banner ads, social media content, email design marketing, illustration, and animation—ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets based on briefs from the marketing team
• Collaborate with marketing and content colleagues to deliver best-in-class visual work
• Create banner ads, social media posts, email marketing designs, illustrations, and animations
• Maintain brand consistency across all brand channels and platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Support website updates and external communications with high-quality design
• Stay current on design innovations and share new tools and techniques with the team

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent visual, interactive, and graphic design skills
• Conceptual approach to creative briefs
• Ability to balance multiple projects and work at pace
• Passion and curiosity about the latest design trends and innovations
• HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
• Agency experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Driven mindset with a sense of ownership over your work
• Problem-solving abilities and calm performance under pressure
• Desire to learn new tools and share knowledge with colleagues

This is an on-site position, Monday to Friday, based in London (Buckingham Gate area). The role requires in-person collaboration to support the fast-paced delivery of market-leading events and content.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
