About the Role

As a Mental Health Therapist at our Valencia location, you'll provide direct clinical services to individuals seeking behavioral health treatment. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and execute individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings. Your work will be grounded in a collaborative clinical environment where supervision, peer consultation, and continuing education are valued.

What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
• Develop and monitor treatment plans aligned with client goals and clinical best practices
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical supervision
• Connect clients with community resources and support services

What We're Looking For

• Current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Therapist (LPT), or equivalent credential recognized in Pennsylvania
• Experience in community mental health, outpatient therapy, or behavioral health settings
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and complex presentations
• Commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Team-focused approach to clinical practice
