Mental Health Therapist – Greensburg

New Directions Mental Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist in the Greensburg area (New Alexandria, Westmoreland County). As part of Transformations Care Network, we're dedicated to expanding access to behavioral health services and creating an environment where therapists can do their best work.

About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients in our community. This is an on-site position where you'll work collaboratively with our clinical team to support individuals on their mental health journeys.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to clients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, holistic treatment
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
• Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related mental health field
• Valid state licensure as a therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience delivering individual or group therapy in a mental health setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and client-centered care
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
