Mental Health Therapist – Stonewood

New Directions Mental Health is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist for our Fair Oaks location in Beaver County. As a member of Transformations Care Network, we're building a behavioral health practice where therapists can deliver meaningful care and advance their careers in a supportive environment.

About the Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families in our Fair Oaks community. You'll work within our clinical team to deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling while helping us expand access to quality behavioral health care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and other mental health professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field
• Current state licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to client-centered, ethical mental health practice
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
