What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality bedside care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU and critical care settings
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond promptly to changing clinical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and medical specialists
- Monitor vital signs, manage specialized medical equipment, and administer medications according to established protocols
- Adapt quickly to different unit layouts, electronic health record systems, and departmental care models
- Support patients and families through complex medical situations with clinical expertise and compassionate communication
What We're Looking For
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Minimum 1–2 years of direct critical care nursing experience (ICU, emergency department, or specialty critical care)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, unpredictable clinical environments
- Strong clinical judgment and meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to quickly learn new systems and protocols across multiple units
- Professional communication skills and collaborative approach to team-based nursing
- Valid CPR certification and commitment to maintaining required professional credentials
