What This Role Involves

As a Marketing Strategist at RedRover, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes for clients. You'll synthesize research findings with strategic thinking to solve complex marketing challenges and drive growth. Reporting to either our Senior Growth Strategist or Director of Outcomes, you'll own the success of your initiatives and take accountability for the results you generate. Based in Memphis, this full-time position requires someone who can think strategically, work independently, and maintain unwavering focus on client impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to shape strategic direction
• Design comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Oversee implementation of integrated campaigns across digital, content, and traditional channels
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver transparent reporting on results and return on investment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, account, and technical teams to execute strategies
• Identify performance gaps and recommend tactical adjustments based on data
• Maintain client relationships through strategic counsel and regular communication

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, campaign development, or client-focused marketing roles
• Comfort working with data and analytics to inform decision-making
