Leap Consulting Group is hiring a Marketing, Growth & Operations Associate to join our team in Elmwood Park, Bergen County. In this full-time role, you'll partner directly with our Managing Partner and leadership to drive strategic marketing initiatives, support client operations, and accelerate business growth.
Position Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional to make a direct impact across multiple business functions. You'll own marketing projects, streamline operational processes, and contribute to growth strategy—all while working closely with senior leadership. This role blends creative marketing work with operational excellence, giving you broad exposure to how a consulting business operates and scales.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, content, and brand initiatives that communicate Leap's value to clients and prospects
- Manage client-facing operational tasks, including scheduling, project coordination, and communication support
- Research market opportunities and competitive landscape to inform growth strategy
- Support the Managing Partner with strategic planning, analysis, and project delivery
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency across departments
- Assist with client onboarding, service delivery coordination, and relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, operations, business development, or strategy
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment
