Marketing Campaign and Event Manager

Dexmate is seeking a full-time Marketing Campaign and Event Manager to join our team in Fremont, Alameda County. Help us democratize robotics by bringing the vision of Physical AI to builders and developers worldwide through compelling campaigns and strategic events.

About the Role

As our Marketing Campaign and Event Manager, you'll own the end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns and events that showcase Dexmate's Physical AI platform. You'll work cross-functionally to build awareness, drive engagement, and connect with robotics builders, developers, and enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events from concept through completion
• Develop event strategies, secure venues, manage logistics, and oversee all operational details
• Create and manage marketing materials, messaging, and promotional content aligned with campaign goals
• Build and maintain campaign calendars to ensure alignment with company objectives and product initiatives
• Coordinate with product, sales, and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and present insights to leadership
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement to maximize ROI
• Identify and develop opportunities to reach robotics communities through targeted campaigns and events

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, corporate events, or both in a professional setting
• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing event budgets and vendor logistics
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement
• Self-motivated problem-solver who thrives on delivering results
