About the Role

As Director of Team Building and Training - International, you'll lead all facets of team development, organizational culture initiatives, and training programs for Good News Global's correctional ministry operations worldwide. You'll champion professional growth, foster unity among distributed teams, and shape the people infrastructure that enables our mission to advance the Gospel within correctional communities globally.

What You'll Do

• Architect and oversee comprehensive team-building strategies, programs, and events that strengthen organizational cohesion and cultural alignment
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training curricula and development pathways that equip staff to excel in their roles and embody organizational values
• Lead cross-cultural initiatives supporting international teams and preparing them to serve effectively in diverse correctional environments
• Identify talent development needs through assessment and collaboration with international leadership teams
• Design learning experiences that integrate Good News Global's Gospel-centered mission and vision
• Monitor program effectiveness and continuously refine offerings based on measurable outcomes and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Director-level experience in team development, organizational training, or related human resources functions
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering transformative training in mission-driven or complex organizational settings
• Expertise in cross-cultural team leadership and international organizational dynamics
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic alignment with Gospel-centered values and genuine passion for correctional ministry
• Ability to inspire, engage, and develop diverse teams toward shared organizational purpose
