About the Role

As a Production Operator on afternoons in Middlefield, Geauga County, you will help keep Tarkett's manufacturing line running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote) that pairs a competitive starting wage with a structured path to earn more as your skills develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in line with all established safety procedures and quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Carry out 5S audits to maintain an organized, clean, and orderly work area.
• Support a reliable afternoon shift through consistent attendance and teamwork.

• Willingness and ability to follow current workplace safety requirements at all times.
• Practical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment and complete 5S audits.
• Dependability and a strong commitment to showing up for the afternoon schedule.

Pay & Benefits

• $22.00 per hour training rate, plus a shift premium of $2.00 for afternoons ($1.50 for nights).
• A robust training program offering pay increases of $1.95 or more during the initial 4–6 week training period.
