MAB Community Services invites you to join our Advancement team as a full-time Marketing and Engagement Coordinator. This position is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to advance our mission through strategic marketing, compelling communications, and meaningful community engagement.
About the Role
The Marketing and Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in furthering MAB Community Services' impact by developing and executing marketing initiatives, fostering digital engagement, supporting fundraising communications, and coordinating community outreach. You'll bring creativity and organization to collaborative work across our organization's divisions.
What You'll Do
- Craft and share stories that communicate our mission and community impact
- Develop marketing content and communications across multiple channels
- Drive digital engagement initiatives and online community presence
- Support fundraising campaigns with targeted communications and materials
- Plan and execute community outreach programs and partnerships
- Coordinate with teams across MAB's divisions to align messaging and strategy
- Create marketing collateral, promotional materials, and event support
- Measure engagement outcomes and refine approach based on results
