Wearemeru is seeking a talented Recruiting Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this full-time position, you'll lead our talent acquisition efforts as we expand our advisory and data analytics practice across the Southeast.
About This Position
As our Recruiting Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of talent acquisition for Wearemeru's Atlanta office and support regional hiring initiatives. You'll partner with our leadership team to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and develop pipelines for critical roles across consulting, interim management, restructuring, and data analytics. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape our team's growth and directly support our mission of helping middle-market companies achieve their transformation goals. You'll report to leadership with autonomy to design and execute our recruiting strategy.
Core Duties
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition through offer negotiation and candidate onboarding
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for consulting, operations, finance, and data science roles
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create targeted hiring plans
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, industry events, and direct recruiting outreach
- Conduct initial candidate screens, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to hiring teams
- Manage offer logistics, reference verification, and candidate transitions
- Track hiring metrics, identify process improvements, and report progress to leadership
- Build and represent our employer brand at industry events and professional communities
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally in professional services or consulting
- Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in professional, technical, and specialized roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with professional services, advisory, or consulting business models preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
