• Identify process improvements that increase engineering efficiency and the quality of plant support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• Several years of progressive experience in plant or industrial engineering support roles, including supervisory or team-lead responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical staff, set clear expectations, and develop people.
• Solid working knowledge of plant systems, equipment reliability practices, and engineering change processes.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills that translate complex technical issues into clear recommendations.
• Proven project and work-management capability, including tracking multiple concurrent activities to completion.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Oak Harbor, Ohio location and respond to plant needs as required.
