Manager Paid Social (Mensch)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a Manager Paid Social to join their team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and execution of online campaigns, with a focus on paid social platforms.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks of campaign setups and modifications across advertising platforms including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, and other social channels before campaigns go live
• Strategic Consultation: Serve as the go-to expert for clients on campaign implementation, providing strategic guidance on optimal campaign setup and configuration decisions
• Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data in depth, monitoring KPIs closely and making data-driven optimizations to improve results
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare campaign reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests from internal departments
• Campaign Implementation: Manage the technical setup and launch of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms

What We're Looking For

• Education: Successfully completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or degree
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Platform Knowledge: Experience with social advertising platforms and campaign management tools
• Analytical Mindset: Passion for digital topics and curiosity about how systems and platforms work technically
• Growth Oriented: Continuous desire for professional development and learning
• Collaboration: Reliable team player who enjoys partnering with colleagues
• Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English
• Attributes: Team player, curious, proactive
