Manager, Paid Social

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading global media agency in their search for a Manager, Paid Social to join their London team. Our client operates at the intersection of creative content and digital distribution, managing substantial media investments for some of the world's most recognizable brands.

This is a hands-on biddable social role working on one of the agency's largest and fastest-moving accounts. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven social campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Snapchat.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize large-scale paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Snapchat
• Handle integrated budgets and deliver against both brand awareness and direct response targets
• Develop recommendations on social formats including Canvas, Carousel, and Stories to drive interactive, responsive campaigns
• Build full-funnel social strategies that align with broader business objectives
• Prioritize workload effectively and delegate to Account Executives to meet agreed deadlines
• Demonstrate how paid social integrates within the wider media landscape and overall marketing strategy
• Provide ongoing performance analysis and optimization recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in a previous biddable social role with platform expertise across major social channels
• Confident in building strategy that supports a full-funnel marketing approach
• Strong understanding of paid social capabilities both as a standalone channel and within integrated campaigns
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage busy, competing priorities
• Experience handling large budgets and optimizing toward performance targets
• Knowledge of various social ad formats and when to deploy them for maximum impact
• Right to work in the United Kingdom (visa sponsorship not available)
