Manager – Clinical Care – Remote US

Caris MPI, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Clinical Care to lead patient support operations for our early cancer detection testing program across the United States. As a Full-Time Manager, you'll oversee a dedicated clinical team while maintaining direct involvement in patient interactions, combining hands-on leadership with strategic program oversight.

The Opportunity

This leadership position offers the unique combination of managing clinical staff and staying connected to direct patient care. You'll lead a growing team of professionals providing education, guidance, and support to patients undergoing early cancer detection testing. Your role bridges frontline clinical operations and executive leadership, ensuring every patient receives consistent, compassionate care throughout their testing journey. You'll have the opportunity to shape program quality, develop your team, and directly impact how patients experience precision medicine screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a clinical team providing patient-facing support services
• Conduct day-to-day coaching and performance oversight to ensure team excellence
• Manage hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development
• Deliver pre-test and post-test patient education and counseling
• Ensure consistent quality and accuracy in all patient interactions
• Provide direct support for complex or escalated patient situations
• Coordinate patient care pathways and ensure continuity of follow-up
• Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Product, and Commercial departments
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, clinical protocols, and company standards

Requirements

• Clinical professional background: Genetic Counselor, Registered Nurse, or equivalent credential
• Bachelor's degree minimum (Master's or higher preferred)
• 5–8+ years of relevant clinical experience
• 2–5 years of leadership or management experience
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and patient care delivery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
