About the Role
As Manager, Brand Strategy at Deloitte, you'll lead comprehensive brand positioning initiatives within our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce practice. This full-time position places you at the intersection of strategic thinking and tactical delivery—developing cohesive brand narratives that resonate with healthcare audiences while managing project execution from conception through launch.
What You'll Do
- Develop and articulate brand positioning strategies for life sciences and healthcare clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors
- Own end-to-end brand strategy projects, translating complex client objectives into actionable marketing frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning creative, digital, analytics, and client-side stakeholders to deliver integrated brand initiatives
- Conduct market and competitive research specific to regulated healthcare environments to inform strategic recommendations
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and healthcare industry decision-makers
- Collaborate with Deloitte's broader consulting, technology, and human-centered design teams to strengthen client impact
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in brand strategy and positioning, particularly within life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medtech marketing
- 5+ years of progressive marketing or strategy experience, including direct brand strategy or brand management roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong strategic thinking combined with project management and execution discipline
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear strategic narratives
