Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Management Associate to lead operations and drive growth. In this role, you will:
- Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team
- Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations
- Execute strategic initiatives at a rapid pace
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of events within designated timelines and budget constraints
- Assign tasks to team members across departments, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are achieved
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition
- Develop the brand and deliver outstanding products to the market
What We're Looking For
Our client needs a leader with strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 4+ years of experience from a high-speed, high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up
- Bachelor's degree with outstanding results; MBA is a plus
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
- Forward-thinking mindset and ambition to scale operations rapidly
- UK, EU or US work authorization
This is an in-person role based in London. Travel opportunities to attend events overseas are included.
