Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician with Greystar Management Services in Naples, Florida, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of apartment communities and residential properties. This full-time position offers hands-on technical work in a professional environment where quality and reliability are valued. You'll work with our property management team to ensure residences meet our high standards and residents enjoy well-maintained facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units, common areas, and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed and materials used
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues before they escalate
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to prioritize maintenance needs

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or vocational training preferred
• Proven experience in apartment or residential property maintenance
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with residents
