P-11 Security is seeking a Program Security Representative II to strengthen our security operations in Langley, York County. In this full-time role, you'll deliver comprehensive multi-discipline security analysis and oversight for our customer's most sensitive programs.
Position Summary
The Program Security Representative II serves as a key member of our security team, providing day-to-day security support and analysis across multiple disciplines for Special Access Programs, Sensitive Compartmented Information activities, and Collateral security initiatives. Your work ensures that all security protocols are rigorously maintained and that program integrity is protected at the highest levels.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing multi-discipline security analysis for Special Access Programs and Sensitive Compartmented Information operations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with security protocols and access control requirements
- Review security documentation and assess compliance with federal and customer-specific security directives
- Coordinate with security personnel and program leadership to address security concerns and implement corrective measures
- Support security training initiatives and personnel security awareness programs
- Maintain detailed records of security activities and track program security status
- Participate in security risk assessments and contribute to mitigation strategies
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in security operations or security program management
- Strong understanding of Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information security requirements
- Familiarity with federal security regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to security compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional security teams
- Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
