Machine Operator

What This Role Involves

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for running and monitoring production equipment in our flexible packaging facility. Your work directly impacts the quality and efficiency of the packaging solutions we deliver to customers worldwide. You'll operate machinery safely and effectively, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to our culture of operational excellence. What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and specifications
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout your shift
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned equipment
• Track production output and report results accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with operational guidelines
• Communicate effectively with your supervisor and team members
