About the Role

This LPN - Neilson Place - Part Time Evenings position is a part-time, evening-shift role supporting residents through skilled nursing care. Working roughly 24 hours per week on eight-hour evening shifts, you'll be a vital part of a care team committed to dignity, comfort, and quality outcomes in a rural setting served by Sanford Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during scheduled evening shifts
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and physician orders
• Monitor residents' conditions and document observations accurately
• Collaborate with registered nurses, aides, and the broader care team
• Support residents' daily comfort, safety, and well-being with a person-centered approach

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid for the practice location
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Availability for part-time evening shifts of approximately 24 hours per week
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate care
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative nursing team
