We're seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care and nursing support to seniors in our long-term care facility
- Monitor and assess resident health status, communicating changes to the licensed nursing staff and care team
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care needs in a dignified, compassionate manner
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and care staff to ensure each resident receives coordinated, quality care
- Follow established protocols and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support residents' emotional and social well-being as part of a holistic care approach
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare settings (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
- Compassion for seniors and commitment to person-centered care
- Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to PRN scheduling
- Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
