As a Litigation Associate in our Miami office, you'll work alongside experienced attorneys on cases spanning contract disputes, commercial transactions gone wrong, and complex business conflicts. This role is designed for someone energized by high-stakes matters and committed to delivering exceptional client service in a demanding, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda for litigation matters
- Support discovery efforts, including document review, interrogatory responses, and deposition coordination
- Assist with case strategy development and trial preparation
- Interact with clients to understand their business concerns and litigation objectives
- Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and court proceedings as appropriate
- Manage case timelines and coordinate with opposing counsel and court deadlines
- Develop expertise in business and commercial law applicable to Miami-Dade County and Florida practice
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor and admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility to sit for the bar)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
