What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Current Illinois teaching license meeting state certification requirements for intermediate elementary education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in education or subject-matter expertise
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate middle-grade students in an intermediate setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and instructional planning skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based teaching practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse school community stakeholders, including colleagues, families, and administrators
